First of all, I thought I would add this poem because it doesn't have a dark side or ending to it (like most of the poems I give to you). But I also like it because of its rhythm, the way e. e. cummings adds the thoughts in the parenthesis brings out the feeling of love and longing that rambles through the heart and mind. The phrases in parenthesis also give an explanation to his statements or declarations of love....Just lovely.

i love his language uses lol.
the phraze "i carry your heart (into my heart)" is my favorite part because it sounds romatic haha

When the author said,

which indirectly states that he carries her heart with him everytime..

I really like the way the poem rhymes. e.e. cummings seems to be an interesting writer.
I can feel a passionate LOVE in this poem! that love can be towards someone he loves or something he loves such as nature, the world, etc.
Also, I love the rhythm of this poem. It's as if I am singing a song~
I think this is the most expressive poetry about love that I have read so far although I haven't read much yet lol:D

This peom start with the phrase "i carry your heart with me(i carry it in my heart) and it ends with exact same phrase. This phrase tells me how author loves someone.
I never knew that ( ) parentheses can be used in poem. Actually this is my first time seeing parentheses middle of the poem. Interesting! I enjoyed reading this poem*^^*
